To get started on your one-of-a-kind creation, we require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit ensures your design is reserved and allows us to dedicate the time and materials needed to craft your custom piece with care. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

All custom orders have an estimated turnaround time of up to 2-3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This allows us to carefully craft each piece with attention to detail and quality.

Once production has started, changes may be limited or unavailable. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right.

Yes, all custom orders include a design confirmation process before production begins. This ensures all details are approved and accurate so your piece is crafted exactly as envisioned.
